Finally bothered to signup for this thing.

Made the suggestion of "Della Morte Dellamore" (*winces* aka "Cemetery Man" ) as a Zombie flick contender on the old forum.

From the plot and the trailer I have to agree even though IMDB only gave it 5.4/10

If we could get Naruto an easy allnighter would be a martial arts one, stuff like street fighter 2/alpha, tekken: the motion picture

I would have to say them two would be a big mistake a lot of anime fans acherl did not like Tekken or the Streetfighter animes

but adding ninja scrool in there would probbly work along with other simuler anime movies

yeah, those were just some titles off the top of my head avoiding series. Ninja Scroll would have some commercial appeal, for manga ent if they are sponsoring again, as the 10th anniversary edition dvd is out and so are some of the series dvds

could append shaun of the dead onto the end of the evil dead allnighter idea, hehe getting some of the cast to show up would be very cool too ;)

One point 0 sounds great, could put it along side films like brazil, 1984, etc?

just like to try and get ones in there that havent been seen befor on the big screen or relitively new ones such as Ghost in the Shell 2 the second movie will be coing out soonish so that could be cool to see

As for the shaun of the dead idera I love it that film cracked me up compleatly

Hey, the 80s are fashionable again (ask Franz Ferdinand), how about an 80s "B" movie allnighter, there are so many to choose from:

There are the "respectable" ones - The Thing, Mad Max, The Terminator, RoboCop

And then there's the nerdy ones - Battle Beyond the Stars, Outland, Buckaroo Banzai, Flash Gordon, They Live (a John Carpenter night on its own could be cool)

And then there are those for the real cognescenti - Trancers (I'd love to see that on the big screen - hell there are that many sequels, you could do a whole festival - it'd be rubbish, but you could), Robot Jox (I saw someone trying to sell a vhs copy of this for £200!!!), Iceman, Strange Invaders

Then there are the really quite poor, but y'know, almost funny - Inseminoid, Spacehunter, The Blob (remake), Monkey Shines

Oh and, for those of us with boring stuff like families and stuff that make staying out all night a thing of the past, how about an "all-dayer" - I'd happily skip work but getting round the wife is tougher.

The Thing, Mad Max, The Terminator, RoboCop

Cool but it might work better having MadMax 1 to 3 and Terminator 1 to 3 etc all in the same nite sort of a tilogy night

Might I also suggest Videodrome and Escape from New York for the "respectable" 80's movies selection.

How very retro!

videodrome was a very screwed up film, love it. could add stuff like Scanners and eXistenz, hurrah for the new flesh allnighter.

Could do an Asian Extreme night, Audition, Ring, Ju-on the Grudge, stuff like that, a Bad Karma allnighter :P
